My Story

The first time I remember really being interested in photography was when I about thirteen. My dad gave me his old Olympus SLR camera to use. Every year, we used to holiday at Noosa Heads. I remember going to the Noosa National Park and wanting to capture the waves on film. Much to my Mum’s horror, I clambered down the steep rocks from Dolphin Point to be down near the waters edge. With the camera swinging from my neck, I was off on my own adventure.

Life has always been an adventure. Since that day on the rocks I have studied film and television at the Queensland College of Art and made the decision to set up my own photography business. I noticed a niche market when my friends began requesting shots of where their marriage proposal took place.

I have taken photographs in many places, from freezing mornings near the Great Ocean Road to sweating it out at Port Douglas. My favourite times are spent taking photos of the waves while watching them curl beautifully towards the shore. It's incredible when you can share a beautiful moment like this with an audience.
